Triphala Treat

Each evening take the following mixture at bedtime. To ½ cup of warm water, add the following ingredients: 1 teaspoon unflavored Psyllium fiber 1 teaspoon ground organic flax seeds ½ teaspoon of Triphala powder or 2 Triphala tablets Mix with a spoon and drink quickly followed by one glass of warm water.
