You’ve seen Dr. Chaudhary on The Dr. Oz Show talking about Chakras! Now you can go deeper into understanding how the Chakras can help you find balance and health. Chakra is a Sanskrit word and means “wheel”. A chakra is a wheel of energy that spins around its own axis and can spin fast or slowly. A chakra will spin in relation to the energy level of your system. Where will you find these chakras? How do they effect us and how can we keep them balanced. We will explore where these chakras are located, how they are interrelated, and different methods of rebalancing them. We will look at the meditative practices such as, chanting or using sounds, the mudra or hand position for each chakra, and the yantras or symbols that can all create harmony and balance for them.
