Wouldn’t it be great if you knew where the release valve was for your emotions when they are ready to make you explode, or fall apart? Well guess what, there is an ancient method for helping you to release and transform your emotions. Using this ancient method of Chi Gung we will not only learn how to start keeping our emotions balanced but also learn how to vent our negative emotions in a way that doesn’t hurt ourselves, or those around us. We will also explore what organ system they are related to and how to maintain their health as well. This workshop will be for anyone who wants to have a deeper understanding of their emotions and how they relate to your physical body.
