Customers are entitled to a full refund on the purchase price of any item they order, providing the following criteria are met:
1. Item is returned in its original condition: unopened, seal not broken and item not damaged.*, **
2. Return is postmarked within 30 days of order date.
3. Call 1-800-255-8332 to receive a Return Authorization number (non-authorized returns are subject to refusal). We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Central Time and Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Central Time.
4. Reimbursements on shipping costs will apply only if the return is a result of our error.
* If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it for credit as long as conditions except #1 are met.
** Please pack any return carefully with lots of packing material to prevent breakage. MAPI will refund only if the bottles are not damaged in the return.
Looking for a refund on a non-workable nutrition bottles pills
I didn’t order this product please refund my money and let me know what to do with the product
I received six bottles of glucose capsules that were not ordered by me. I want to know how to return them and receive a refund.
I did not order this – give me a return number otherwise I will just send it back as non accepted mail
I just got my Discover Card payment information and see that I have been charged for me to receive I guess 6 more packages of the Gluco Capsules and have a charge of $200.00 for each that is costing me $1,200.00 which I have not received here. I do have one that I am not including because I wanted to try it that is $239.95that I am ok with but if it worked I would of gotten ahold for more but I did not order 6 more packages. I had trouble with getting my cards to work in order to buy it and had a person from your company get ahold of me about helping me out to get on one package of 6 but there was issues like I said with my card. She did call up and said that she will help me with it. She called back the next day and said that she was still working on it and I said I don’t want it and asked her not to do it so please cancel. Well 2 days later I think she called and said that it was on it’s way and should be here in a few days which it was. I don’t know why but I did try to a couple of times to get it but refused it. So I am asking you to please return the $1,200.00 for the other 6 packages that you have charged my card and have not received an did not order them. Would appreciate it. Thank you.
